Dick McGuire compiled a record of 197 wins and 260 losses in his coaching career with the Detroit Pistons and New York Knicks. He began coaching during the 1959 season and last coached during the 1967 campaign. McGuire was elected to the Basketball Hall of Fame in 1993.
