Vada Pinson led batters with significant playing time by hitting .343. Joey Jay paced the squad with 21 wins, and Jim O'Toole and Bob Purkey also contributed 15 or more victories also Jim O'Toole recorded a 3.10 ERA, best among regularly-used pitchers.
