Dazzy Vance compiled a career record of 197 wins and 140 losses in his 440-game career with the Pittsburgh Pirates, New York Yankees, Brooklyn Robins, Brooklyn Dodgers, St. Louis Cardinals and Cincinnati Reds. He began playing during the April 16, 1915 season and last took the field during the August 14, 1935 campaign. Vance was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1936.
