The Lions ran up 429 points, and the defense surrendered 373. Damon Allen triggered the aerial attack, slinging for 4,219 yards. Don Blair grabbed 61 passes, while Eddie Brown added 850 receiving yards. Robert Drummond contributed to the receiving game also.

Robert Drummond carried the ball for a team-leading 1,309 yards for BC.

Eric Carter picked off 7 opponent throws. Johnny Scott topped pass rushers with 10 quarterback sacks.

Greg Mohns coached the team. The 1999 BC Lions lost in the Division Final.
