Mike Pringle carried the ball for a team-best 1,778 yards.

The opportunistic defense manufactured 55 turnovers. Davis Sanchez intercepted 9 opponent throws. Swift Burch blasted quarterbacks 9 times, helping propel the defense to an overall total of 49 sacks.

Charlie Taaffe coached the team. The 2000 Montreal Alouettes lost in the Grey Cup.
