Robert Edwards carried the ball for a team-best 1,199 yards for Montreal.

The opportunistic defense created 63 turnovers. Richard Karikari snatched 9 opponent throws. Anwar Stewart topped the defensive unit with 10 quarterback sacks.

Don Matthews coached the team. The 2005 Montreal Alouettes lost in the Grey Cup.
