The Argonauts struggled to score 328 points, worst in the circuit, while the defense allowed 502. Damon Allen triggered the aerial attack, passing for 5,082 yards. Tony Miles snagged 91 passes for 1,275 yards, while Arland Bruce and Robert Baker provided receiving help as well.

John Avery carried the ball for a team-best 526 yards for Toronto, and Damon Allen also contributed to the rushing attack.

Jordan Younger, Orlondo Steinauer, Clifford Ivory and Mike Fletcher each snatched 3 opponent throws. Jonathan Brown topped the defensive unit with 13 quarterback sacks.

Michael Clemons coached the team. The 2005 Toronto Argonauts lost in the Division Final.
