The Colts scored 313 points, but the defense allowed 401. Jim Harbaugh tossed for 2,060 yards, and Paul Justin took a significant amount of snaps, too. Marvin Harrison topped pass catchers, grabbing 73 passes for 866 yards, while Sean Dawkins contributed to the receiving game also.

Marshall Faulk carried the ball for a team-leading 1,054 yards for Indianapolis.

Quentin Coryatt, Jason Belser and Carlton Gray each snatched 2 opponent throws. Dan Footman led the defensive unit with 10.5 quarterback sacks.

Lindy Infante coached the team.
