The Seahawks scored 372 points, and the defensive unit allowed 310. Warren Moon passed for 1,632 yards, and Jon Kitna spent time under center as well. Joey Galloway paced pass catchers, snagging 65 passes for 1,047 yards, while Mike Pritchard and Ricky Watters provided receiving help, too.

Ricky Watters ran for a team-best 1,239 yards for Seattle.

The ball-hawking defense pounced on 42 turnovers. Shawn Springs intercepted 7 errant tosses from the opposition. Michael Sinclair topped the defensive unit with 16.5 quarterback sacks, leading the way for a team which created 50 sacks.

Dennis Erickson coached the team.
