The Orlando Thunder of the World League of American Football ended the 1992 season with a record of 8 wins and 2 losses, finishing first in the WLAF's North American East.
The defense proved to be a force, as the Thunder conceded 127 points, the lowest total in the circuit. Orlando racked up 247 points. Scott Mitchell passed for 2,213 yards. Joe Johnson hauled in 56 passes for 687 yards.
Darryl Clack ran for a team-best 517 yards, and Roger Vick also aided the ground game.
Glenn Rogers picked off 4 errant tosses from the opposition. Karl Dunbar and Rob Presbury each topped the defensive unit with 5.5 sacks.
Galen Hall coached the team. The 1992 Orlando Thunder lost in the Championship.
