The Black Hawks led the league with 264 goals. Chicago allowed 170 goals, least in the league. Bobby Hull scored 52 goals for the squad, while Kenny Wharram and Stan Mikita netted 30 or more as well. Stan Mikita contributed 62 assists. Denis DeJordy topped the team with 22 wins, plus Glenn Hall added 15 or more wins, too. Glenn Hall recorded a 2.38 goals against average, pacing goalies with significant playing time.

Billy Reay coached the team. The 1966-67 Chicago Black Hawks lost in the NHL semi-finals.
