The Canucks scored 271 goals and allowed 272. Dennis Ververgaert netted 37 goals for Vancouver, and John Gould tallied 30 or more, too. Dennis Kearns and Chris Oddleifson each accounted for 46 assists. Gary Smith topped the squad with 20 wins and a team-best 3.50 goals against average, pacing goaltenders with enough qualifying appearances.
