The Huntsville Flight of the NBA Development League ended the 2003-04 season with a record of 24 wins and 22 losses, finishing third in the D-League. The team compiled a postseason mark of 1-1.

Philip Ricci scored a team-leading 632 points for the Flight, while Rodney Bias contributed 364 rebounds. Mateen Cleaves dished out 248 assists for the squad.

On the defensive side of the ball, Erick Barkley added 64 steals, and Ken Johnson blocked 97 shots.
