Bruce Wilson scored 11 goals and recorded 57 assists in his 295-game career with the Vancouver Whitecaps, Chicago Sting, Toronto Blizzard and New York Cosmos. He began playing during the 1974 season and last took the field during the 1984 campaign. Wilson was elected to the Soccer Hall of Fame in 2003.
